Self-published in a run of just 500, Copyright 1978 pairs Griffin's theatrical, expressionist-tinged portraiture with geometric diagrams by graphic designer Barney Bubbles. The idea is that each photograph is distilled down to a shape on the facing page. A landmark of British self-publishing and one of the earliest photobooks to treat the office as a stage set.
